A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Advanced Operations Coordinator, you will be a key member of the offshore service organization, ensuring the seamless daily execution of maintenance and operational activities for a designated wind farm. You will act as the central point for short-term planning, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication to maximize safety, efficiency, and productivity on site. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily and weekly work schedules for technician teams. This includes conducting morning briefings on tasks and weather conditions, dispatching teams with the correct tools and documentation, and monitoring their progress throughout the day. You will collaborate closely with Senior Technicians and long-term planners to adapt plans based on real-time conditions, unscheduled maintenance needs, and resource availability, ensuring all activities are accurately logged in the ERP system. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and clear communication with various stakeholders, including site management, customers, and logistics teams. You will also handle critical administrative duties, such as reporting on schedule progress, managing work order documentation, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. This position operates on a rotational schedule (3 days off / 3 days on, 12 hours shifts), demanding a high degree of responsibility and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. - Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with technician teams to communicate work schedules, weather conditions, and safety protocols.
- Dispatch technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the correct instructions, tools, and materials for scheduled tasks.
- Monitor real-time work progress, maintaining contact with team leaders on-site to address issues and track completion.
- Verify hours and materials consumed to accurately close out service orders in the ERP system.
- Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with technician teams to communicate work schedules, weather conditions, and safety protocols.
- Short-Term Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and maintain daily and weekly work plans for site teams in collaboration with Senior Technicians and Operational Planners.
- Prepare work orders for both scheduled (preventive) and unscheduled (corrective) maintenance, considering technician availability and weather forecasts.
- Update and maintain start and finish dates for all activities within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g., SAP).
- Create and track Turbine Down orders to ensure timely delivery of critical parts, coordinating with the stores supervisor.
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly work plans for site teams in collaboration with Senior Technicians and Operational Planners.
- Administrative & Reporting Support

- Report service schedule progress and key operational updates to site management and the customer.
- Manage and archive all related documentation, including time records, parts tracking, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documents.
- Act as a central communication interface between site management, planners, resource management, and spare parts teams.
- Provide warehouse support and manage inventory records as needed.

What You Bring Education & Experience* Secondary Education or vocational training, preferably with a technical focus, combined with relevant experience as a Service Coordinator, Planner, or in a similar operational scheduling role.
- A degree in Logistics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
