We're Hiring: Part-Time/Freelancer Barista
Love great coffee and great people? We're looking for a friendly, reliable barista to join our team on a part-time basis for one day a week. (6 to 9 hours per week).
At least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee is a must!
About the Role
You'll be part of a small, passionate team serving high-quality specialty coffee in a warm and welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, takes pride in their craft, and loves learning more about coffee.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving specialty coffee to a high standard
- Providing warm, friendly customer service
- Keeping the coffee bar clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Working with the team to create a positive atmosphere for customers and co-workers
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Interest in specialty coffee (experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work one to two days per week, including some weekends
