Your responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret transport compliance requirements, marketplace requirements and relevant industry developments affecting transport operations.
- Translate external requirements into practical recommendations, internal guidelines, process requirements and improvement actions.
- Act as the central point of contact for transport-related compliance and marketplace topics across the organisation.
- Build, maintain and continuously improve transport compliance documentation, knowledge repositories, process descriptions and supporting materials.
- Support projects and implementations related to transport compliance, marketplace integration and transport governance requirements.
- Provide expert guidance to Transport, Service Delivery, Pricing, Solutions, Onboarding, Sales and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support carrier onboarding, carrier reviews and transport solution assessments from a compliance and marketplace perspective.
- Identify compliance risks, gaps or improvement opportunities and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, compliance, marketplace operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical ability and capability to interpret external requirements and translate them into practical business applications.
- Experience with process development, documentation and implementation support.
- Ability to work independently as a specialist within a developing knowledge domain.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex requirements to operational and business stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholder groups.
