Your role* Lead the day-to-day coordination of OMICRON's Sustainability Reporting project from planning through publication.

  • Coordinate contributors from different functions and ensure timelines, responsibilities and deliverables remain on track.
  • Build on existing sustainability information, including environmental reporting, carbon footprint data and other ESG initiatives, to create a consistent and meaningful Sustainability Report.
  • Collect, review and consolidate information from across the organization and identify missing data, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop the report together with internal experts by structuring content, drafting text and ensuring a clear, consistent narrative.
  • Prepare decision papers, project updates and recommendations for the Steering Team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, documentation and data quality for future reporting cycles.
  • Consider relevant sustainability reporting frameworks, including CSRD and ESRS, where they support future readiness without aiming for full compliance.

What makes you a great fit* Several years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, quality management, corporate reporting or a comparable field.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and bringing together different stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information and identify gaps.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to turn technical information into clear and engaging communication.
  • A structured and pragmatic working style with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with experts from different disciplines.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, CSRD or ESRS is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
