Job Title: Reformer Pilates Instructor
Location: Nike EHQ Hilversum
About the role: You will be a key member of the fitness team, providing reformer Pilates classes and members with a 5-star fitness experience and ongoing gym floor support. You will embody a passion for sport and share this enthusiasm with athletes and clients. Building strong connections with members, you will showcase what the Nike Sports team represents.
Your responsibilities: Teach Reformer Pilates classes
- Deliver personal training sessions
- Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor, actively engaging with members and guests
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and maintenance within the sports facility
- Collaborate with the reception team
- Be flexible to work between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
What you’ll bring: Necessary qualifications for reformer Pilates or equivalent
- Experience delivering studio classes and personal training sessions
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative
Salary, Perks & Benefits: Between 2700 - 3000 based on 40 hours
Personal training (1-20 per month) 12 euro. PT (>20 per month) 14 euro. Small Group: (1-20 per month) 22 euro. Small Group (>20 per month ) 24 euro. Events: 10 euro. Group classes: 10 euro.
